MintrixTrade provides the following digital asset exchange services:

2.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• Not be listed on any sanctions or watchlists (including OFAC, UN, EU, or Nigerian government lists)
• Not be a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or close associate without proper disclosure and enhanced due diligence

3.1 Account Registration

To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Not create accounts for unauthorized individuals or entities
• Not transfer or sell your account to another party

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. All information provided is for informational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

MintrixTrade does not provide personalized investment advice, nor do we make recommendations regarding the purchase or sale of any digital asset.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or modified.

MintrixTrade charges fees for our services. Fee information is displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

6.1 Trading Fees

Trading fees may include:

• Spread fees (difference between buy and sell prices)
• Transaction processing fees
• Withdrawal fees (including cryptocurrency network fees)
• Gift card exchange margins

6.2 Fee Transparency

We strive to provide transparent pricing. All applicable fees will be displayed before you confirm any transaction. By confirming a transaction, you agree to the fees associated with that transaction.

6.3 Price Changes

Cryptocurrency prices can change rapidly. The price displayed when you begin a transaction may differ from the price at execution. MintrixTrade does not guarantee any particular price unless explicitly stated.

As a user of MintrixTrade, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining up-to-date antivirus and anti-malware software on your devices
• Using secure network connections (avoiding public Wi-Fi for trading)
• Logging out after each session on shared devices
• Monitoring your account for unauthorized activity

8.2 Communication Security

MintrixTrade will never ask for your password or 2FA codes via email, WhatsApp, or phone call. Any such communication claiming to be from MintrixTrade requesting these credentials should be considered fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

MintrixTrade is committed to compliance with the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2011 (as amended), the Terrorism (Prevention) Act 2011, and regulations from the CBN and NFIU.

Transaction limits may apply based on your verification level. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, or remove limits at our discretion based on our assessment of risk and compliance requirements.

You acknowledge that we may share your information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and compliance partners as required by law. This includes reporting to the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU) as required.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MintrixTrade or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11.1 Trademarks

The MintrixTrade name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of MintrixTrade Limited. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

11.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

12.1 Specific Disclaimers

• No warranty of uptime: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.
• No warranty of accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that prices, market data, or other information is complete, accurate, timely, or error-free.
• Third-party services: We are not responsible for services provided by third parties, including but not limited to payment processors, blockchain networks, and banking partners.

13.1 Aggregate Liability Cap

In no event shall MintrixTrade's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total fees actually paid by you to MintrixTrade in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₦500,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MintrixTrade, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation copyright, trademark, privacy, or personal property rights
• Any claim that your activities caused damage to a third party
• Any taxes, fines, or penalties imposed on MintrixTrade arising from your activities

15.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account termination may take up to 7 business days to complete after all pending transactions are settled.

15.2 Our Right to Terminate or Suspend

We may immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if we believe:

• You have violated these Terms
• Your account poses a security risk
• You have engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity
• You are subject to sanctions or watchlists
• We are required to do so by law
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination:

• We will cease providing services to you
• You will no longer have access to your account
• Withdrawals may be processed subject to compliance review
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of initial contact, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in the appropriate court.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Provide notification through the Platform or via email
• Give you reasonable time to review the changes

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform.
